We operate on a first come, first serve basis until our programs are full, so register quickly!

 

Any registrations not placed initially will be put on a wait list in the order they were received.

 

In an effort to make Camp Whatakid available to as many kids as possible we discourage overbooking and encourage careful selection of registration weeks.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of $285 is required for each child at time of registration. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to a child's last camp week if account payments are current. CWAK reserves the right to use the $285 non-refundable deposit as payment for camp tuition and fees if an account becomes past due. A new $285 non-refundable deposit will be required before a child may attend CWAK for any remaining registered weeks.

 

ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

You will be contacted within 5-10 business days to notify you if your child is registered for the week(s) requested or if they have been placed on our waitlist. If your child is placed on the waitlist, please be patient, enrollment cancellations and changes occur prior to the start of camp. Eventually, if we are unable to find space for your child, your deposit will be refunded upon written request. This is the only case in which the deposit is refundable.

 

FINAL DATE FOR CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF CAMP WEEKS - MARCH 20, 2020

The final day to make changes to your registration will be Friday, March 20, 2020. In the event of absence, cancellation, withdrawal or dismissal from CWAK for any reason after Friday, March 20, 2020, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all registered camp weeks. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - You must fill out the authorization form which will allow for weekly withdrawals from your bank account or credit / debit card, (a 3% Convenience Fee will be added).

 

Online Payment - You will receive a weekly tuition statement via email. Simply pay online with the "Click to Pay" option.

 

3% Convenience Fee - A 3% Convenience Fee will be added to all forms of electronic payment, (credit cards, debit cards, bank account drafts). To avoid a 3% Convenience Fee make payments; via cash; a bank mailed check; or with a personal check.  

 

Personal Check- Make checks payable to: “The Silo Center”. Please write your child's name in the memo portion of your check.
