REGISTRATION OPENS TO THE PUBLIC ON JANUARY 31ST
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis until our programs are full, so register quickly!
Any registrations not placed initially will be put on a waitlist in the order they were received.
In an effort to make Camp Whatakid available to as many kids as possible, we discourage overbooking and encourage the careful selection of registration weeks.
NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $330 is required for each child at the time of registration. If account payments are current, the non-refundable deposit will be applied to a child's last camp week. CWAK reserves the right to use the $330 non-refundable deposit as payment for camp tuition and fees if an account becomes past due. A new $330 non-refundable deposit will be required before a child may attend CWAK for any remaining registered weeks.
You will be contacted within 5-10 business days to notify you if your child is registered for the week(s) requested or if they have been placed on our waitlist. If your child is placed on the waitlist, please be patient; enrollment cancellations and changes occur before the start of camp. Eventually, if we cannot find space for your child, your deposit will be refunded upon written request. This is the only case in which the deposit is refundable.
FINAL DATE FOR CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF CAMP WEEKS - MARCH 18, 2022
The final day to make changes to your registration will be Friday, March 17, 2023. In the event of absence, cancellation, withdrawal, or dismissal from CWAK for any reason after Friday, March 17, 2023, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all registered camp weeks. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - You must fill out the authorization form allowing weekly withdrawals from your bank account or credit/debit card (There is no Convenience Fee).
Online Payment - You will receive a weekly tuition statement via email. Simply pay online with the "Click to Pay" option.
Personal Check- Make checks payable to: “The Silo Center”. Please write your child's name in the memo portion of your check.
