Security

The security of children and staff is a high priority at Camp Whatakid. Our facility is equipped with computerized check-in/checkout systems, and the building has been designed and constructed with top-quality surveillance monitoring and security devices.

Checkin & Check Out

All children/families will be registered in our computerized data system for administrative and security purposes. Parents will be given a personalized pin for quick and easy check-in and check-out. Only persons registered in the database will be permitted to check children in and out of camp.

This summer, we are planning on mandatory Kiss N Ride for both drop-off and pick-up. We are trying to reduce how many people enter the building each day to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We ask that all parents make appointments if they would like to come into the building for a tour or a meeting with a staff member.

Family Data Profiles

Maintaining accurate family profiles is necessary for security and to enable immediate contact with parents when necessary. Please be accurate with family information when submitting applications and update your personal profile whenever family data changes.
