DETAILS
Camp Whatakid is for children who will be in kindergarten through 7th grade for the 2024-2025 school year. Children must be 5-years-old before September 30th and be potty trained.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis until our programs are full, so register quickly!

ENROLLMENT
CONFIRMATION
You will be contacted within 5 - 10 business days to notify you if your child(ren)’s application has been accepted, or if they have been placed on our waitlist. Any registrations received after capacity is reached will be put on a waitlist in the order they were received.
WAITLIST
INFORMATION
If your child(ren) is placed on the waitlist, please be patient; enrollment cancellations and changes occur before the start of camp. Eventually, if we cannot find space for your child, your deposit will be refunded upon written request. This is the only case in which the deposit is refundable.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
The final day to make changes to your registration will be Friday, March 29th, 2024. In the event of absence, cancellation, withdrawal, or dismissal from CWAK for any reason after March 29th the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all registered camp weeks.

REQUIRED
DOCUMENTATION
As required by the Commonwealth of Virginia, families must submit for each child:

VA School Entrance Health Form - completed and signed by both you and your doctor, including immunizations. You may download a copy of the official form by clicking here.

Your child’s original or certified copy birth certificate or passport. We will make a copy of the certificate and return the original to you immediately. We must verify that the original certificate was presented.
Your child will not be permitted to attend Camp Whatakid
without the above documents submitted to the Silo Office. Both these documents must be submitted on or before your child(ren)'s enrollment date.
Camp Whatakid admits children of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to children at the center. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its instruction, admissions, or other childcare administrated programs.
