The rate for Week 2, of June 30th – July 3rd, is $285, as the camp is closed on July 3rd.

For Week 2, Before Care is $46, After Care is $79, Before & After Care is $108.

MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNTS

For children of the same household, weekly camp rates are reduced by 10% for the second child and 20% for the third and fourth child.

ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION FEES

• A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 is required for each camper at time of registration. 

• A refundable deposit of $355 is required for each camper at time of registration. The deposit will be held for the entire summer. If account payments are paid in full at the end of camp, the deposit will be refunded by the end of August. CWAK reserves the right to use the $355 deposit as payment for camp tuition and fees if an account becomes past due.

DROP-IN EXTENDED CARE

Drop-in Before Care and/or After Care is permitted for emergencies and after Camp Whatakid has been notified of the need via phone, text, or email before drop off/pick up time.

• The rate for drop-in Before Care is $18 per camper.

• The rate for drop-in After Care is $23 per camper.

LATE FEES

Campers picked up after 3:30 pm (if not enrolled in After Care), or after 6:15 pm, will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute, per child.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• FREE and EASIEST way to pay is via https://my.smartcare.com/ or via the Smartcare for Parents application.

• ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) – You must complete and sign the authorization form which will allow for weekly payments to be made from your checking account, savings account, credit card, or debit card.

• PERSONAL CHECKS should be made payable to Silo Center.

• CASH should be handed directly to a program employee.

CLOSURES

Camp Whatakid follows the decisions of the Fairfax County Government system regarding closings, delayed openings, and early dismissals due to inclement weather.
